10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday)

10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Friday)

Document receiving: 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.

Document delivery: 3.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.

No application will be received after 1:00 PM except in the cases of emergencies, such as death or illness in the family.
